Mindfulness Moments Mini-Class
Thursdays, July 2, 9 & 16 @ 6:30pm
Mindfulness Moments is a 3-week Zoom mini-class inspired by Unity teachings that explores Courage, Forgiveness, and Spiritual Centering. Through brief readings, reflection, discussion, and simple mindfulness practices, you'll learn to trust life's unfolding, release what no longer serves you, and cultivate greater peace, presence, and spiritual balance in everyday life.

Sacred Service with our Youth & Family Ministry is fun, spiritual, and rewarding! Join us for our retreat sharpen our skills and increase our impact with our families.
Whether an experienced teacher or curious about starting your sacred service with our program, you will discover the Living Curriculum approach to Spiritual Education. Participants will have the opportunity to practice teaching a lesson, story telling techniques, opportunities to create activities, and explore our ethics and sacred safety obligations to our children and youth. It is a required training for all teachers.
