Spiritual Healing Sound Bath

Our sound bath is a meditative experience where one listens and feels the vibrations from various instruments designed to calm the nerves, lead you into deep relaxation and a higher state of consciousness where balance can be restored, stress releasedpirits. 

Participants listen to the vibrational sounds of Chrystal bowls, chimes, Indian hand drum, gong, and rain disc to rebalance and build resonance with the inner Christ. It's a timer to relax, be still and remember our oneness and our power.  Prayer, breathwork, and balancing the chakra system to restore balance and inner harmony. Also a time to remember our identity as children of God and our innate powers.
